This place is clean, never a wait (I usually make an appointment online) and everyone is friendly. And this is super rare but I LOVE THE FRONT DESK lol! This has been the best urgent care Ive been to.

Came in with a UTI. I was in there for maybe 15 minutes or less. Meds sent to my pharmacy ready in one hour. Copay was reasonable. A good experience as I've been to urgent clinics in the past where I sat there for an hour or more. Coastal was fast & efficient.

I have been coming to this urgent and it has always been a great place, very quick, pleasant, everyone is kind. I have always been a faithful client. But today I come in to have my TB read. I was attended by Matias Moreno. I have been an nurse for 10 years and have plenty of experience in the medical field and with TBs. 20 years on total to be exact. My TB result is flat, with no induration. Matias started measuring my skin. He asked twice, Where did they inject it? I explained that it cant be seen because its negative. He continued measuring my forearm with no visibility of an induration. I explained again that you only measure the swelling so there is nothing to measure. I never tell anyone im a nurse, nor that I work in the field because I never want anyone feeling uncomfortable during my care. Matias had an attitude and told me he has to measure what is there. I stayed quiet and let him finish the documentation. Once I was given the form Matias placed it as negative 20mm induration. I explained again that that would be a positive and my work or school would not accept that. Matias responded with even more attitude towards me and stated "im talking and you're going to listen"

I just arrived to around Florida from Michigan around noon and needed to find an urgent care for a UTI that became apparent at 4am this morning when I woke up to head to the airport. What a way to start my family vacation! I easily made an appointment online, headed over, walked in, and was seen in less than a minute. The girl at the front desk, the nursing assistant, and the doctor that saw me were all sooo kind and efficient. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes!!! If I lived in Florida, this would be my go-to place!!! I HIGHLY recommend going here for any medical needs!

Check-in through website was easy. Inside of facility looked good. All staff members that were there that morning were nice and courteous (front desk, technician, and physician). Visit was quick, quick assessment and interview. Physician explained what medication he was going to order for me to my pharmacy. He was also a Rammstein fan, so that's always good. I don't always go to urgent care, but when I do, I'll likely come back here.😁
